booqie Terms and Conditions for Platform Use

1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you as a user ("User") and booqie ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs the use of the website, services, games, and all functions available through the booqie platform.

By registering an account, accessing any part of this website, or using any services offered by booqie, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

• Your own information — registering on behalf of another person is not allowed.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

booqie accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all supporting Malaysian Ringgit (RM):

• DuitNow (instant transfer)
• Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)
• Boost eWallet
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, and ETH

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30 regardless of the payment method chosen. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. booqie does not accept third-party deposits.

If any deposit is suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, booqie reserves the right to freeze the transaction and report it to the relevant authorities without being required to notify the user.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a booqie account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes after verification by our finance team.
• Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, or a method that has been verified by the booqie team.
• Wagering requirements for any active bonus must be fully met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

General terms applicable to all booqie bonuses:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per eligible promotion.
• booqie reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.

8 Prohibited User Conduct

Users are prohibited from doing the following while using the booqie platform:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any third-party tools to automate gambling.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system for unfair gain.

In any event, booqie's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Users agree that they will not initiate legal action against booqie without first following the dispute resolution process set out above.
